The bitesize series are short (1-2 hours) online courses that concentrate on one particular area. They cover assessment, symptoms, trigger points, acupuncture points and even a little Chinese medicine concepts here and there. You can do them alone or in pairs, with lots of videos demonstrating the treatments that you can practice as you go along. Good value for money and not too long and extensive. You can choose to buy the course to do in pairs for just a few pounds more, and you both get a CPD certificate at the end.

Absolutely not, please go on a face-to-face training course in order to learn acupuncture and dry needling. These are designed for people who have already completed at least basic training in these areas, to refresh and enhance clinical reasoning and build on already taught knowledge.
